Reporting to the Director of Financial Controllership and Planning, you will facilitate budgeting, provide financial insights and conduct thorough analyses. Your contributions will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the organization’s healthcare mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete daily/monthly accounting tasks
• Analyze financial statements and internal reports
• Collaborate on annual budgeting and forecasting




• Prepare for year-end audits and charity submissions
• Identify areas for financial process improvements

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar roles
• CPA designation or progress toward it
• In-depth understanding of accounting standards
