Each day, you monitor progress, conduct inspections, and collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and adjusters to resolve challenges and keep communication clear. You take ownership of your sites, ensuring quality work, well-documented progress, and a culture of safety and teamwork.



Your ability to lead by example and problem-solve in real time helps deliver successful projects and build long-term client trust.Qualifications2-3 years of commercial construction or restoration experience with a solid background in site supervision/leading tradesHigh school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in construction or related field an assetKnowledge of commercial building codes, safety regulations, and inspection requirementsProven ability to organize, schedule, and direct multiple crews and subcontractorsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on teamwork and accountabilityProficiency in Microsoft Office suite/Site ReportsIICRC certifications or equivalent an asset; ability to obtainprovincial asbestos certification requiredValid driver's license and clean driving abstract (FULL G)Must be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule - over time and irregular shift workAbility to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gearAbility to travel for extended periods for CAT assignmentsSalary: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour#J-18808-Ljbffr
