Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Venue Manager to lead the operations of our dynamic event space. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily venue activities, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage a team committed to delivering memorable events. Your leadership will drive the smooth functioning of the venue, foster a welcoming atmosphere, and uphold high standards of service.

This is an exciting chance for a motivated professional passionate about hospitality and guest engagement to make a significant impact in a vibrant environment. This is a part time position, with most shifts occurring on weekends; along with a small amount of scheduling, training and administrative work throughout the week

Duties

- Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including event setup, guest services, sales, security and facility maintenance.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff members to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure guest satisfaction and a safe and inclusive work environment for employees.
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming, safe and inclusive atmosphere.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including ticket sales, bar sales, bottle service sales and other revenue streams.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.




- Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain detailed records of, incident reports, and operational logs to support smooth venue management.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hospitality or venue management with a strong focus on late night entertainment, alcohol service, security management, customer service and guest relations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Knowledge of event operations, safety procedures, and facility maintenance best practices.
- Passion for creating positive guest experiences in fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility to work late nights, evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by event schedules.
