What We Offer:

- Wage rate commensurate with skillset & experience $21.00-$25.00+/hour.
- Full-time Employment 35-40 hours/week.

Key Qualifications:

- Experienced customer care professional with proven ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment.
- Flexible, proactive, and demonstrates initiative.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks enthusiastically, including routine activities.




- Proficient in telephone and computer skills (experience with Avimark veterinary software is an asset).
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and professionalism, particularly in challenging situations.

Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding client care by greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
- Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for both clients and team members.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the reception area and other daily administrative tasks.
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in a veterinary hospital or a related field.
