Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our veterinary team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing client communications, and supporting the daily operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and experience in a veterinary or medical environment, with laboratory experience being a valuable asset.

Responsibilities

- Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival and departure
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services
- Maintain accurate patient records and update client information regularly
- Process payments and handle billing procedures accurately
- Assist with laboratory tasks as needed, including sample collection and processing




- Support veterinary staff with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and answer general questions about pet health

Skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
