Join Access Alliance in Toronto as a Therapist, specializing in community health for immigrants and refugees. Deliver impactful trauma-informed counseling and integrate clients into community resources.

As a permanent full-time Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing complex health issues. With your Master’s degree in social work and at least three years of experience, you'll provide essential assessments, case management, and counseling within an interdisciplinary team. Be a champion for health equity as you support client needs and community advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver trauma-informed and culturally appropriate counseling
• Facilitate comprehensive client care coordination




• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary health team
• Establish links with community organizations
• Engage in community advocacy on client issues

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in social work required
• At least 3 years of experience in counseling
• Proficiency in crisis intervention and casework
• Strong networking and partnership skills
• Willingness to work flexible schedule
