Obsidian Energy seeks a motivated Field Health & Safety Advisor to support production and facility construction operations. You will travel frequently to field sites, providing coaching and oversight on health and safety practices. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the oil and gas sector and have the ability to influence risk management and promote a safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to site locations for hazard assessments and coaching
• Support health and safety through project planning and execution
• Lead event responses, investigations,



and corrective actions
• Implement and improve the Health & Safety Management System
• Facilitate health and safety meetings and discussions

Requirements:
• 10+ years’ experience in oil and gas safety roles
• Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent
• CRSP or CRST designation preferred
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and safe driving record
