Join SOURCES as a Lawyer and Community Program Manager, providing essential legal representation while leading a dedicated team. Drive community empowerment through legal support in poverty law.

In this role, you will supervise the operations of the Community Law Clinic, focusing on improving client access to legal resources. The Lawyer/Manager will advocate for marginalized individuals, develop quality programs, and engage with community stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital for fostering solid partnerships within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer legal representation at tribunals for clients
• Mentor and manage program staff
• Conduct public legal education sessions




• Screen and assess legal issues for clients
• Collaborate with The Law Foundation of BC services

Requirements:
• 3+ years of legal experience, preferably in Administrative Law
• Experience in administrative tribunal representation
• Knowledge of community resources and social services
• Empathetic listening and interpersonal skills
• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
