This permanent role requires a seasoned professional to lead Continuous Improvement and Business Process Management efforts. You will bridge complex business challenges with effective solutions, ensuring operational efficiency and enhancing user experiences. Candidates must be ready to engage in defining processes and collaborating across teams to yield impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define CI and BPM scopes by analyzing stakeholder needs
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in existing processes
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops for solution alignment
• Document processes using BPMN 2.0 standards
• Monitor performance measures, including quality and cycle time
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant domain
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
• 5-7 years in continuous improvement or business management
• Experience with BPMN 2.0 and process analysis
• Solid data analysis skills for process performance
