Key Responsibilities:
• Support safety and service goals on the dock floor
• Cover Dock Foreman duties for illness or vacations




• Assist in planning delivery runs in Winnipeg area
• Train new hires on dock operations
• Lead the loading, unloading, and cross-docking processes

Requirements:
• Knowledge of Winnipeg and surrounding areas
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Willingness to learn PM dock operations
• Forklift certification required
• Ability to comfortably train new team members
