Ethos is seeking experienced health system operations analysts to help train their latest language model on skilled documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across hospital workflows.
You will develop and refine AI-generated materials addressing patient throughput, bed utilization, care pathways, service line performance, and staffing or reimbursement analyses for hospital leadership. This is a fully remote, flexible engagement at $100/hour, with 5–20 hours per week and an ASAP start.
