Support student success as an Educational Counsellor I with SAIT’s Student Services. This role combines academic and crisis counselling in a nurturing campus environment.

SAIT is seeking a full-time Counsellor for their Student Development and Counselling team. Your responsibilities will include providing crisis intervention, counseling for personal issues, and leading workshops that promote student success. Working on-site is mandatory, and you may also need to travel to satellite campuses as required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal and career-focused counselling
• Conduct crisis assessments and interventions
• Enhance crisis support capabilities within the team
• Create psychoeducational programs and workshops
• Collaborate with faculty to address student concerns

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Psychology or Clinical Social Work
• 2-3 years' experience in crisis counselling
• Registration as a Psychologist/Clinical Social Worker in Alberta
• Familiarity with post-secondary educational settings
• Relevant skilled liability insurance
