As part of the Mine Operations Department, you will facilitate efficient daily mine execution while driving improvements. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your collaborative approach will be key to coordinating with Heavy Equipment Operators and ensuring the safety and efficiency of operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and optimize the Gahcho Kue haulage fleet operations
• Issue clear work instructions to Load and Haul operators




• Collaborate with analysts to maintain accurate production data
• Ensure adherence to Mine Engineering Daily Plan
• Report and act on identified hazards promptly

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade Twelve academic completion
• Two years of mining environment experience
• Proficiency with Fleet Management Systems
