Our client, a boutique law firm with locations in Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver, is searching for an experienced HR Manager. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and oversee key HR operations while offering strategic input on staffing and cultural initiatives. You will align roles and refine the onboarding process to support the firm's growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for all day-to-day HR inquiries
• Align team roles for optimal efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop staffing models with practice leads as the firm scales




• Design and enhance the onboarding and training program
• Manage talent pipeline to support growth and retention

Requirements:
• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Industry experience in legal or professional office settings
• Post-secondary HR degree or certificate required
• Relevant HR designation, such as CPHR, is advantageous
• Proficiency in HRIS systems like BambooHR or Humi
