We are in search of a motivated individual to manage our Lindt Boutique, focusing on optimizing daily operations. Your leadership will be key in driving sales and maintaining outstanding customer service. Responsibilities entail overseeing employee performance, recruitment, and effective cash handling while ensuring our products are presented beautifully.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and sales strategies
• Ensure high standards of customer service and cleanliness
• Recruit and train recent retail staff
• Manage inventory orders and performance reviews
• Handle cash reconciliation and daily reporting

Requirements:
• 2-5 years retail management experience required
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong sales skills with a “customer-first” approach
• Post-secondary education is an asset
• A genuine passion for chocolate
