Elevate community engagement with Forbes Bros. as an Indigenous Relations Community Liaison. Build trusted relationships with Indigenous communities and support impactful project outcomes across Canada and the US.

In this role, you will develop and implement community engagement plans to foster mutual understanding and collaboration along project lifecycles. As the Community Liaison, you'll strategically manage relationships with Indigenous stakeholders while aiding project teams in aligning community priorities with company objectives. This position requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills to promote cooperative dialogue.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Indigenous community engagement and consultation initiatives
• Develop strategic engagement plans fostering long-term relationships




• Identify community priorities and critical issues for projects
• Support economic agreement formulation between communities and the company

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Social Work, or related field
• Minimum four years experience in Indigenous relations or similar
• Proven experience with First Nations or Indigenous community engagement
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel
