Key Responsibilities:
• Advise CMCI teams on legal and regulatory requirements
• Engage with multiple stakeholders to facilitate transactions




• Draft and review key investment documentation
• Oversee external counsel for legal diligence
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in investment strategies

Requirements:
• Law degree (LL.B. or J.D.), eligible to practice in BC
• Proven track record in investment law with 7+ years’ experience
• Familiarity with mergers, acquisitions, and capital transactions
• Knowledge of statutory entities and insulation from market risks
• Strong organizational skills for deadline management
