You’ll take charge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement effective training programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure machinist goals are communicated and met daily
• Oversee performance metrics and support improvement initiatives
• Manage setup and assembly of production packaging




• Ensure accurate inventory management
• Uphold compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:
• 1+ year experience with automated equipment required
• 1 year experience in a leadership role necessary
• Positive knowledge of allergens and control practices
• Capability to work in a temperature-controlled space
• Strength to lift 35 lbs and remain active for long shifts
