As an HVDC Sustainment Program Manager at Manitoba Hydro, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our HVDC systems during significant capital projects. Utilizing robust project management and technical skills, you will lead teams across Asset Management, Operations, and Reliability Programs to prioritize and deliver sustainment initiatives supporting our infrastructure goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and execution of HVDC sustainment activities
• Manage schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies




• Oversee cross-departmental collaborations and communication
• Guide outage planning and critical asset maintenance
• Prepare and present sustainment reports for stakeholders

Requirements:
• Four-year degree or two-year diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum six to eight years of related experience
• Robust planning and technical skills
• Advanced knowledge of asset management and project processes
• Valid Province of Manitoba Driver's Licence
