Act as a technical authority across the organization
Make decisions on structural issues related to architecture, technology choices, technical debt, and major risks
Implement or review architecture and code when the situation requires
Contribute to the evolution of Nexapp's software practices and maintain a high level of quality
Integrate AI into development practices, promoting responsible, sustainable, and measurable use
Act as a strategic technical partner to clients
Support business development by validating feasibility, technical risks, and assumptions
Work with Product Owners and the Strategy & Delivery leadership
Translate complex technical trade-offs for business stakeholders
Monitor project progress, anticipate risks, and deploy mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with Nexapp quality standards on active projects
Coach and mentor Team Leads and senior developers
Mobilize and equip teams around key organizational objectives
Provide continuous feedback and participate in recruiting, career development, performance evaluations, compensation, and employee progression
Maintain a healthy work environment based on trust, transparency, and psychological safety
Requirements Strong, up-to-date technical credibility in software development
Comfortable remaining hands-on and diving into architecture or code when necessary




Cross-functional technical leadership and the ability to influence without formal authority
Ability to align technical leaders and communicate with business stakeholders
Experience in servant leadership, coaching, and mentoring Team Leads and senior developers
Strong judgment on delivery, early risk detection, and prioritization
Practical experience applying AI in an engineering context and the ability to guide responsible, sustainable use
Good command of English, spoken and written, to discuss complex technical issues directly with anglophone clients
