About the role We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physiotherapist. You will provide expert assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients in diverse outpatient and inpatient settings. Working as part of an interdisciplinary team, the Physiotherapist will contribute to innovative, patient-centered care, ensuring an exceptional experience for patients. Replacement position
What you’ll be doing Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in outpatient and acute care settings.
Apply clinical problem-solving and analytical skills to support patient recovery and rehabilitation.
Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.
Demonstrate leadership, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Uphold principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all patient interactions and team activities.
Model professional behavior aligned with organizational values: compassion, teamwork, purpose, and respect for every voice.
Work various shifts as required, including weekends, to meet patient care needs.
Proven ability to attend work regularly as per the Attendance Support Policy.
What you’ll bring Recent experience with musculoskeletal inpatient care, and acute care preferred
Proficient in patient assessment, analysis, and problem solving in a diverse outpatient orthopaedic setting
Demonstrates excellence in communication, both written and verbal
Proficient in patient assessment, analysis and problem solving
Innovative and willing to contribute as a part of an interdisciplinary team.
