The University of Ottawa Heart Institute is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Manager for the MIST Trial. In this part-time position, your leadership will be crucial in coordinating international sites and ensuring regulatory compliance. Your organizational skills will facilitate the management of budgets, protocols, and progress reports for this innovative study.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the MIST Trial's multi-centre infrastructure
• Oversee regulatory compliance across all trial sites
• Maintain the Trial Master File and essential documents
• Track site budgets, invoicing, and payment milestones
• Organize and document Executive Committee meetings
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in clinical research
• Bachelor of Science in health-related field
• Certified in TCPS-2 and ICH-GCP
• Training in Food and Drug Regulations
• Solid time-management and organizational skills
