In your role, you will manage the Injection Moulding department's daily operations, guiding a team of technicians toward achieving production efficiency and quality goals. Your leadership will be crucial in compliance with industry standards such as IATF16949 and ISO14001. By promoting teamwork and effective communication, you will also drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure protected and efficient production of automotive parts
• Train and lead the team in best practices
• Analyze performance data to identify improvements
• Collaborate with technical support for process enhancements
• Maintain documentation and compliance with quality standards
Requirements:
• Community College graduate or equivalent experience
• 7 years in manufacturing, with 5 years in supervision
• Vocational training in Injection Molding preferred
• Proficient in quality management systems
• Ability to foster teamwork and resolve issues
