Key Responsibilities:
• Execute strategies for major gift acquisition and stewardship
• Oversee a major gift prospect portfolio of 100–150
• Lead complex solicitations, including grants and agreements




• Create strategic proposals and engagement materials
• Support senior volunteers in fundraising initiatives

Requirements:
• 5+ years of major gift fundraising experience
• Proven success in closing substantial gifts
• Robust managerial and team collaboration experience
• Effective communicator with excellent presentation skills
• Familiarity with donor CRM databases
