Join IREN as an Expert Governance Risk and Compliance Analyst, where you will lead risk management efforts in a pioneering AI Cloud environment focused on sustainability.

At IREN, you will leverage your extensive experience in cybersecurity—5-7 years—to drive the company's FedRAMP program and establish robust governance frameworks. This role requires a deep understanding of risk-based frameworks and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Design governance frameworks to meet business objectives
• Manage the end-to-end FedRAMP authorization process




• Collaborate with third-party partners for assessments
• Maintain compliance with global security regulations

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Security, Risk, or Business
• 5-7 years in relevant cybersecurity roles
• Proven FedRAMP and NIST 800-53 experience
• Strong analytical and relationship-building abilities
• Preferred certifications include CISSP or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
