In this full time role, you will be responsible for managing HSE programs, conducting safety training, and ensuring all operations are compliant with Alberta regulations. Candidates with 10–15 years of related experience will excel in promoting safety culture and incident prevention measures throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Champion safety culture and engage front-line workers
• Oversee HSE training documentation and compliance
• Report incidents promptly in DATS platform
• Conduct audits and follow up on corrective actions
• Manage documentation and prepare executive reports

Requirements:
• 10–15 years in Health & Safety positions, oil & gas preferred
• Knowledge of Alberta OH&S; standards
• Skills in DATS, Muddy Boots, ComplyWorks
• Certifications in H2S and First Aid/CPR required
• Effective organization and communication capabilities
