This is a full-time office-based role focusing on contract law and compliance for a leading provider of digital solutions. With a minimum of 2–3 years’ experience, you will negotiate commercial terms, draft legal documents, and ensure contract alignment with company goals while demonstrating industry expertise. Your insights will help mitigate risks effectively and provide transactional support to management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee preparation and execution of all contracts
• Negotiate general commercial terms effectively
• Ensure legal compliance while updating contract terms
• Provide day-to-day legal advice to management
• Review and draft various legal documents
Requirements:
• Law degree from an accredited institution
• 2–3 years of experience in contract law
• Expertise in software licensing and RFP processes
• Robust drafting and negotiation skills
