Your primary focus will be conducting SAFE home studies for those aspiring to become caregivers and adoptive parents. You'll engage directly with families, facilitate interviews, and ensure thorough assessments are crafted and delivered on time. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail are crucial for this impactful position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough reviews of client files
• Quickly build relationships with applicants
• Interview adults, children, and pertinent caseworkers
• Perform reference checks for applicants
• Draft and refine SAFE home studies accurately

Requirements:
• Social Work Degree or equivalent required
• 3 years of experience in the human services field
• Must be a Registered Social Worker
• Preferred experience in SAFE training
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
