• Manage a large team of National Directors and Directors
• Work closely with senior leaders on strategic initiatives
• Play a critical role in the RES Leadership team




• Provide leadership on new RFP responses and technology reviews
• Establish the operating strategy for Lease Administration

Requirements:
• 10+ years in strategic real estate management
• Strong understanding of leasing and lease audits
• Experience in corporate real estate or service provision
• Proven leadership in portfolio strategy initiatives
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
