In this full time, hands-on role on the Digital Enablement and AI team, you will spearhead the enterprise strategy for AI agents. Your responsibilities will include setting the standards that govern the development and orchestration of AI agents, as well as defining evaluation methods for citizen-built versus enterprise-supported agents. You will play a vital role in navigating uncharted territory in AI practices within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define the enterprise strategy governing AI agent development
• Establish comprehensive standards and oversight methods




• Create agent metadata to integrate with the AI Register
• Develop and implement citizen development methodologies
• Conduct fit assessments for various AI development tools

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; AI or tech-related postgraduate study valued
• 10+ years in technology strategy and standards establishment
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform tools
• Judicious approach to technology adoption and development
• Proven skills in communication and managing change initiatives
