Take the lead in safety as an EHS Manager with Aecon. Oversee health and safety protocols within our fabrication facilities focused on nuclear projects across Canada.

As the EHS Manager, you’ll be responsible for implementing our comprehensive EHS Management System, supporting operations in Cambridge and Brantford, and fostering a proactive safety culture. This role involves significant field presence and collaboration with diverse teams to enhance safety outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead EHS efforts with field engagement and coaching
• Implement Aecon’s EHS Management System and plans
• Drive critical risk management processes
• Manage health risks like noise and PPE programs




• Develop and mentor a team of EHS professionals

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of EHS experience in relevant industries
• Preferred experience in nuclear or fabrication settings
• Education in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
• CRSP designation is mandatory; CRST or others with plans considered
• Familiar with ISO and digital reporting tools
