Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor financial performance of multi-residential assets
• Prepare and review operating and capital budgets




• Develop asset-level business plans and value-creation strategies
• Conduct property-level reviews and operational assessments
• Support investment committee materials and ad hoc analysis

Requirements:
• 5+ years of financial experience, not necessarily in asset management
• University degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Multi-residential real estate experience preferred
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
• Familiarity with Yardi, SQL, and AI tools an asset
