• Support design partners in project planning and coordination

• Deliver tailored strategies in partnership with project teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or management field
• Minimum of 5 years implementing the Last Planner System
• Experience in Lean Design within civil environments
• Background in large-scale capital projects is an asset
• Robust influencing and communication abilities
