• Maintain workforce capacity and certification visibility

• Ensure appropriate assignment based on skills and certifications

• Track workforce participation and development outcomes

Requirements:
• 5-10 years in construction or workforce coordination
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of St’át̓imc communities is a plus
• Experience with multiple project environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
