Reporting to the Director, Commercial, you will join a highly autonomous team committed to redefining legal practices through innovative AI applications. You’ll own significant contract negotiations and serve as a critical advisor to various business units, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to legal queries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead negotiations for Tipalti Services and vendor contracts
• Coordinate complex legal inquiries across departments
• Influence the development of operational legal templates
• Manage a full portfolio of independent legal matters




• Foster collaboration on procurement and compliance initiatives

Requirements:
• Law degree (J.D. or equivalent), in valuable standing with Ontario Bar
• Minimum 8+ years in business contracts and technology law
• Familiarity with SaaS, DPAs, and NDAs
• Passion for teaching innovative legal tech and AI insights
• Strong judgment and attention to detail in high-volume settings
