Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Restoration Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in repair, rebuilding, and finishing work, with a strong understanding of restoration processes. You will play a key role in returning damaged properties to protected, functional, and visually appealing conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform structural and finish carpentry for restoration projects
Repair damage caused by water, fire, mold, and other factors
Install drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim, and framing
Assess damage and determine appropriate repair methods
Work closely with project managers and other trades
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Ensure work meets building codes and quality standards

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in restoration or renovation
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
Experience with drywall, framing, and finishing work
Valid driver’s license
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification/experience in carpentry or construction-related field
Valid G Drivers License
