Reporting to the General Manager, you will handle full-cycle estimating, from lead qualification to operational turnover. This position emphasizes understanding client needs, reducing operational risks, and creating clear scopes to deliver valuable outcomes. Your analytical and disciplined approach will help shape the estimating systems and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with clients to define project scopes
• Communicate with vendors for material procurement
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates




• Read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Identify risks and scope issues early in projects

Requirements:
• 10+ years of commercial electrical experience
• 2+ years in estimating, with design-assist preferred
• Strong knowledge of CEC and local codes
• Proficiency in Bluebeam or equivalent tools
• Critical thinking and clear communication skills
