In this senior leadership role, you will be accountable for the overall strategy and evolution of BMO's enterprise ERG program. Collaborating with ERG leaders and executive sponsors, you will align ERG initiatives with BMO's Inclusion strategy. This position requires a blend of program management and influencing skills to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evolve BMO's Enterprise ERG strategy
• Partner with ERG Chairs to define annual priorities
• Serve as advisor to Executive Sponsors on ERG matters




• Lead initiatives that foster community building and engagement
• Establish a measurement framework for program impact

Requirements:
• 7+ years of relevant experience in ERG management
• In-depth program management and analytical skills
• Solid verbal and written communication abilities
• Expert in data-driven decision making and influence
• Ability to manage ambiguity and cross-group collaboration
