Lead fundraising initiatives at Women's College Hospital Foundation as the Director of Individual Giving, focusing on Leadership, Major, and Legacy Giving. This full-time role is pivotal in enhancing donor engagement and revenue.

In this key leadership position, you will report to the Vice President, Philanthropy and Partnerships, driving strategic growth in individual giving. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive strategies to engage, retain, and upgrade donors while tracking performance and relationship management across all revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic direction for Individual Giving growth
• Develop multi-year strategies and revenue targets
• Monitor performance with data analytics and KPIs




• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and donors
• Collaborate on stewardship strategies with the Donor Engagement team

Requirements:
• University degree with 7+ years in fundraising
• Experience in major gift fundraising and individual portfolios
• Solid analytical skills to support strategies
• Exceptional communication and networking abilities
• Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams
