The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing fruit and vegetable farming tasks, including delegating duties to farm workers and managing equipment. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and train a team of 11 to 15 farm workers
• Keep thorough production and safety records




• Conduct crop services such as irrigation and harvesting
• Ensure adherence to bio-security measures
• Plan and create work schedules for team efficiency

Requirements:
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Valid First Aid Certificate and Pesticide Applicator’s License
• College/CEGEP diploma and relevant agricultural experience
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Willingness to relocate and work long hours
