The successful candidates will oversee the management, integration, and enhancement of IT service management systems, while ensuring operational integrity and seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement enterprise-level ITSM architecture
• Manage software development, configuration, and testing processes
• Facilitate data migration and maintain CMDB integrity
• Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues




• Provide technical support to infrastructure and application teams

Requirements:
• Over five years of experience managing ITSM data integration
• Significant experience with IFS Assyst in large scale environments
• Solid communication skills in English, both written and oral
• Government of Canada Secret security clearance required
• Proven ability to document and manage complex IT projects
