Key Responsibilities:

• Perform material estimates for below-grade and roofing interfaces
• Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates




• Submit project bids and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with suppliers for pricing and negotiation

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field
• Minimum 2 years of waterproofing or roofing experience
• Strong analytical skills for cost estimation
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
