Join Brunel as a Track Administrator supporting our chemical manufacturing client. This critical role focuses on end-to-end time entry, ensuring accuracy and compliance for labor resources.

Brunel is hiring a Track Administrator for a 12-month assignment. You will manage time entry processes, handle vendor relationships, and support compliance with labor reporting. The position requires exceptional organizational skills and an ability to resolve time entry queries promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accurate time entry for labor resources
• Manage high-volume data processing and entry activities
• Serve as a contact for time entry inquiries and issues
• Ensure compliance with site, contractor, and union rules
• Provide training to vendor timekeepers on processes

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education with 7+ years relevant experience
• Proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite
• TRACK Contractor Management System experience
• Detail-oriented with robust organization skills
• High level of customer service and collaboration
