St. Joseph’s Health Centre Guelph is seeking a Registered Nurse for Complex Continuing Care on a temporary part time basis. You will assess, treat and promote health, while supporting staff and coordinating with an inter-professional team to meet patient goals.

Responsibilities include leading care plans, educating other health professionals, and ensuring safety and adherence to policies. A strong nursing background and relevant Ontario registration are required.
