Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an excellent Call Centre Representative for the world's largest industrial auctioneering company and trusted global marketplace for insights, services, and transaction solutions for commercial assets and vehicles. The Call Centre Representative plays such a meaningful role in the operation of the branch and service center.

The Call Centre will be providing outstanding customer experience through various communication channels to help the organization focus on business and branch growth.

Responsibilities include:

- Provide a variety of customer support services through the mail and telephone

- Process orders and assignments and enter data into the internal computer systems

- Reference pricing and delivery information

- Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and requests

- Set up recent and maintain existing records

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer facing role

- Ability to communicate comfortably with customers over the phone and email

- Digital literacy with excel or share point

- Time management skills

- Bilingual, English and French fluent
