We're looking for a Instructional Designer/Learning Build Contractor to support the design and development of engaging learning experiences. In this role, you'll work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create high-quality digital and instructor-led learning solutions.
What's in it for you:
$55.00 - $60.00 hourly1-year contract with chance of extension
Hybrid work schedule: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote
Full time hours Monday to Friday

Location: downtown Calgary
Responsibilities Design and develop learning materials, including e-learning, facilitator guides, learner resources, and assessments.
Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and vendors to deliver learning projects on time.




Apply learning principles and instructional design best practices.
Use learning technologies, LMS platforms, and authoring tools to create effective learning experiences.
Gather feedback and continuously improve learning solutions.
Requirements Experience in instructional design and learning content development.
Solid project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
Comfortable leveraging technology and AI tools to enhance learning design.
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Adaptable, learner-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
