Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and assist clients in exercise programs
• Oversee safe mobility, transfers, and positioning




• Educate clients and their families on care requirements
• Report health changes to the supervising therapist
• Support program planning and documentation tasks

Requirements:
• Accredited diploma as an OTA/PTA
• At least 2 years' experience in community healthcare
• Current certifications in First Aid and CPR
• Proven communication and coaching capabilities
• Familiarity with rehabilitation practices
