Väderstad is looking for a passionate individual to support the design group. With at least 2-3 years of experience, the Engineer in Training will work on all aspects of product development. Strong computer skills and knowledge of CAD applications like Creo are essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and revise CAD models for product components
• Perform detailed design analysis and refinement
• Prepare and enforce testing protocols and reports
• Engage with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
• Explore improvements in equipment quality and features
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering from an accredited university
• 2-3 years of progressive engineering experience
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and CAD tools
• Familiarity with farming practices and hydraulics
• Safety training and LEAN methodology knowledge beneficial
