Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and provide nursing care for critical patients
• Implement supportive and preventative healthcare practices




• Participate in patient safety initiatives and continuous improvement
• Lead and contribute to unit-specific projects
• Maintain competencies in emergency response and patient care

Requirements:
• Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Three years of recent critical care experience
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications
