This position requires a skilled individual with at least eight years of experience in recreation facility operations. You'll be responsible for supervising maintenance teams, coordinating day-to-day operations, and ensuring the effectiveness of all operational systems. In this role, your expertise will contribute to the successful management of district facilities while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise maintenance operations across Recreation facilities
• Monitor budget variances and prepare maintenance cost estimates
• Lead recruitment,



mentoring, and performance management of staff
• Implement preventative maintenance and operational efficiency
• Respond to emergencies and support service restoration efforts

Requirements:
• At least eight years in recreation facility operations
• Valid 5th Class Power Engineers Certificate
• Level 1 & 2 Pool Operators certifications
• Supervisory experience in a unionized setting
• Current Emergency First Aid and CPR certification
